Return and refund policy

Normal delivery time for products in stock is approximately 6-10 working days.

2. Transport damage

Transport damage should be reported to us in the first instance, this should be done as soon as possible after the damage is discovered, but no later than within 7 days of receipt.

Not collected/received goods

If you do not receive or collect your order, you will be charged the return shipping cost.

Remember to enter a correct delivery address when ordering as we are unable to change this afterwards

CANCELLATION

5.1 If you want to cancel a placed order, contact us at info@aatrading.shop If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we have the right to charge compensation for the actual costs we have incurred in connection with your order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

As a customer, you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. You have the right to examine the goods to the extent necessary to determine their properties and function. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. For both your sake and ours, we prefer that you use the Swedish Consumer Agency's Withdrawal Form& send it to us by e-mail. If the goods you return are used, worn, broken or have otherwise been handled in a way other than what is considered necessary to determine their properties and function, we have the right to make a so-called utility deduction and a deduction for any decrease in value of the goods. The size of this deduction is assessed individually on a case-by-case basis. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Returns may not be made cash on delivery/cash on delivery. Refunds or crediting of invoices will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the return.
